I had never rented out property before. Venisa was tremendously helpful at every stage, including referring tradesmen, suggesting work to be done before renting (even helping select paint color!), and then preparing and showing the house to prospective tenants. She reviewed and qualified applicants, helped select the tenant, and then negotiated lease details. I would absolutely use her again!
